My name is Monica, owner and founder of Monlicious, a vegan plant-based Bakery specialising in naughty but healthy baked goods.

I am passionate about creating delicious vegan and sugar-free cakes that look stunning and taste fantastic. The art of baking runs in the family, originating in my home state of Sarawak, Malaysia. As an expert baker in a Singaporean five-star hotel, my uncle shared his talents with me and my love of baking began.

Over the years I have been inspired by the likes of Deliciously Ella, Ve-Bakes and April’s Baker. In addition to creating tasty cakes, I have learnt that baking is also about having fun. My children inspire me the most. As a proud mother of twin girls Celine & Chloe, I am acutely aware of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I believe having an awareness of food is fundamental.

The well-being of my family is my top priority and I am dedicated to making nutritious, guilt-free treats for others to enjoy.

After baking a vegan birthday cake for my daughters in 2016, I started Monlicious Bakery and continued to develop my ultimate passion.

Monlicious priorities taste and only uses 100% natural ingredients. All products are baked from home using 100% plant-based ingredients. Monlicious cakes are delicious, creative and naughty but healthy so don't feel guilty eating that extra slice! Celine & Chloe love our Sweet Potato Chocolate Tart and our Chocolate Brownies. My favourite is the classic Carrot Cake. Based in Surrey, England, our brownie can be posted anywhere in the United Kingdom and other bakes are available for collection only.
